The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPP) allows individuals to access municipal government records.  All requests for records will be governed by the rules and procedures contained within the Act. 

Please contact the Clerk's Office for assistance prior to submitting a request under the Act - if the records you are seeking are public records, they are readily available.
