The Operations Centre, which is responsible for all other water related issues is located at 2 Clarke St. (L3M 4G3).  Inquiries can be made by phone to 905-945-9201.

There are four billing areas which are billed in four month cycles. Water charges are based on;

Flat Rate of             $66.04 for four month cycle

Consumption Rate  $0.939 per cubic meter used in four month cycle

Convert cubic meters to gallons by multiplying by 220.

New Account charge is $43.85 included in first billing.

Service Calls for OFF/ON $36.00 each way.  Additional charges for overtime after regular business hours.
