Please contact the Operations Clerk at 905-945-9201 to schedule an appointment for our Water Dept. staff to replace/repair the water meter. There is no charge for this service.
 
Who do I contact in regard to a sewer blockage at my residence? PDF Print E-mail
Please contact the Operations Centre at 904-945-9201 to report a sewer blockage at your residence. Our Environmental Services staff is available to assist homeowners during the week and on weekends to free blockages in their private sewer lateral.
 
I am moving to Grimsby and need to set up a new water billing account. PDF Print E-mail

Residential water bills are prepared by the Water Billing Clerk at the Grimsby Municipal Office once very four months. Please contact the Water Billing Clerk at 905-945-9634 Ext. 2029 to set up a new account.

The main water shut-off in my house is leaking. PDF Print E-mail

Please contact the Operations Clerk at 905-945-9201 to schedule an appointment for our Water Dept. staff to replace/repair the water meter. There is no charge for this service.

The homeowner is responsible to repair the main water shut-off in their residence. Please contact the Operations Clerk at 905-945-9201 to arrange to have the Water Dept. staff check the shut-off at the road to determine if it is working properly. Once it is determined that the shut-off at the road is able to be turned off, please contact the Operations Clerk to arrange an appointment to have the water shut off at the road. There is a $36 charge for this service which is added to the homeowner's water bill.
